Spicy Honey Beer Mustard
Ingredients:
Step 1
Mix the following ingredients, cover and refrigerate overnight.
1/2 cup mustard seeds (I like a combination of brown and yellow)
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup dark beer
Step 2
Bring the following ingredients to a boil, remove from heat, let cool
1/2 cup beer
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1/8 tsp. allspice
Step 3
Combine the above 2 mixtures and puree until smooth. Transfer to airtight container. Refrigerate overnight before using.
Sheri, this will keep at least 6 months in the refrigerator.
