Sweet, smoky, and packed with classic Southern character, our Carolina BBQ Rub brings together rich ancho chile, brown sugar, paprika, and warming spices for a perfectly balanced blend. Crafted for pork roasts, pulled pork, ribs, and backyard barbecue favorites, it delivers deep flavor with just the right amount of peppery heat.

Stir into homemade BBQ sauce, rub generously onto meats before smoking or grilling, or sprinkle over roasted vegetables, burgers, or nuts for a smoky Southern twist.

To make a quick Carolina-style BBQ sauce, combine 2 tablespoons of rub with 1 cup tomato sauce, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, and 1/2 cup water. Simmer for 15–20 minutes until rich and flavorful.
