Mission is a Spanish varietal of olive. The 2019 harvest is incredibly fruity with aromas of ripe black olive and green apple. It is buttery and equally fruity on the palate, expressing notes of ripe black olive, pear, and apple skin, with a mild peppery finish. This would pair beautifully with blue cheese, grilled pork, or roasted eggplant.
