Yogurt Tahini Sauce
Delicious as a topping for chicken shawarma, lamb meatballs or as a salad dressing.

Ingredients
1 cup full-fat or low-fat plain yogurt
1 rounded tbsp. tahini
¼ tsp. grated garlic
¼ tsp. lemon zest
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. coarsely chopped dill
2 tbsp. coarsely chopped mint
Instructions
Mix yogurt with tahini, garlic, lemon zest and juice, ½ tsp. salt and ¼ tsp. black pepper. Fold in chopped dill and mint.
